As a goods manufacturer we provide shipping for our products. Due to the relative size and bulk of our products all items where shipping is available will be sent by courier.

By using a delivery service through a shipping broker we have access to competitive prices and a range of Road Freight & Express Courier Services offering a simple and convenient method for delivery of goods using a "door to door" service.

Receipted Delivery Service

The 'Receipted Delivery' service ensures the delivery driver will ask the receiver to sign for the goods as delivered. If no-one is available to receive the goods, the driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking the receiver to call the local transport depot to organise a re-delivery (or pickup from the depot if they prefer). There are no further 're-delivery charges' even if multiple re-deliveries are required.

Transport Assurance" Cover

An initiative where customers can choose to cover their goods against Loss or Damage in transit. A competitively priced option with the ability to cover goods up to $10,000 per booking/consignment

Note: Transport Assurance is not available for goods below the value of $100

Tail-Lift Truck" Service

A ‘Tail-Lift Truck’ service to aide customers in the loading/unloading of heavy or awkward/bulky items, if a forklift or assistance is not available to the driver at the Pickup and/or Delivery address.

Shipping Prices

The shipping price for each product will be calculated through said shipping broker, and based on the size and weight of the product, and the delivery address, the best rate (price) and/or delivery time/s will be chosen unless otherwise required. These rates are set by the specific couriers. And for whichever option is chosen the corresponding courier will be used by the shipping broker to provide delivery.

The courier that can provide the delivery service will not be known until entering your details into the shipping calculator.

Note: Bear in mind that heavier and larger items may attract hefty courier fees.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary according to your location and the courier that can provide the delivery service and will not be known until entering your details into the shipping calculator.  This could be from 1 to 2 business days to up to 14 days for more remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship worldwide for smaller items, but require that contact be made with us prior to purchasing in order to calculate the costs for your destination

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery within 20 KMs from Umina Beach (travelling distance – see map below)

Personal Delivery

For delivery beyond the 20KM limit to anywhere else on the Central Coast we can deliver your goods for between $35 to $50, depending on your location.

Delivery Outside the Central Coast

If you require delivery beyond the Central Coast NSW area, personal delivery can be made at an agreed fee to Sydney/ Newcastle areas. Alternatively we can arrange a courier for you as per the shipping information above.
